In this English unit we will be learning to:

·        Comment on the layout of texts on screen

·        Evaluate how useful different websites and pages are

·         Scan texts to locate key features

·         Make notes from an on screen text

·         Notice and investigate a range of devices for presenting text

·         Find information from different sources

·         Use question and exclamation marks with confidence

·         Work as a group to plan a presentation

·         Speak with confidence

·         Improve their clarity of diction

·         Discuss and solve problems

·         Hold an audience

·         Take a leading role when presenting information as part of a group

·         Use notes to write complete sentences

·         Provide helpful feedback

·         Produce an informative poster/leaflet
