Pupil Forum

Mrs Carroll runs the Pupil Forum in our school.

We value the thoughts and opinions of all our children in our school. Pupil Forum are in charge of school improvement and they are your voice in shaping the direction of the school.

If you have ideas to improve our school, want to find out more about the projects they are working on or would like to raise a issue for them to discuss, make sure you chat to your Pupil Forum reps. They wear a purple badge so look out for them!

In year 3, our Pupil Forum representatives are:
3P: Georgie and Ondrej
3O: Max and Bethan
3PN: Alessia and Findlay

Here are some of the ideas that Pupil Forum have already made happen in our school:

Tidy classroom award

In the pupil forum meetings, the children thought that we could have a whole school tidy award. This is now happening! This involves selected pupils  going round the whole school to choose the tidiest classroom/area outside the classrrom. The winning class is awarded a certificate in our Friday celebration assembly.

Tuck shop
At the Junior school there is a  tuck shop, which runs every first break, apart from Tuesday. If you have any suggestions what could be sold at the tuckshop, please tell your teacher, or your pupil forum representatives.

All Weather Pitch
Every day, each class takes it in turn to use the astro pitch at breaktimes. Trainers must be worn on the astro. Your teacher will give you a coloured bib to wear on the astro. Only children who are wearing a bib may use the pitch at breaktimes. Children normally play football, but there are other sports you can play, including netball, basketball, tennis and badminton. If you have any questions please do ask.

Do any of you want any lunch time or break time clubs? Let your pupil forum representatives know what clubs you would like to have.
